Iranian stars who died young

Deaths are not common among young people, but death from time to time proves to us that age is just a number.

Here is a list of Iranian young stars, who died too soon.

1- Mahchehreh Khalili

Mahchehreh Khalili passed away at the age of 44 in London after a battle with cancer.

Khalili made her film debut in ‘The Black Eyes’ in 2002.

She took part in a number of movies and series, including ‘St. Petersburg’, ‘In the Eye of the Storm’, and ‘The Pahlavi Hat’.

2-Payam Saberi

Iranian actor and director Payam Saberi is another artist we lost too soon.

He died from cardiac arrest in late 2018.

He is survived by his wife Ziba Boroufeh, the actress of the series 'Reyhaneh', and his child Ahura.

3- Seyyed-Ali Tabatabaee

In 2015, the film and television actor, Seyyed-Ali Tabatabaee died from cardiac arrest at the age of 31.

He is known for his roles in the series 'A Mother's Song', 'The Chef', 'Heart of Ice', and 'Relatively Bad Guys'.

He is the son of the late producer, Seyyed-Ali Tabatabaee.

4- Asal Badiee

The death of the 35-year-old Asal Badiee was another tragedy.

In 2013, the 35-yea died days after she went into coma.

Badiee appeared in various series such as ‘Until Morning’, ‘Mankind’s Land’ and ‘The Sixth Person’.

5- Hassan Joharchi

'It Was an Angel' star Hassan Joharchi died from cardiac arrest and lung infection in 2017 at the age of 47.

He also appeared in the series 'Factor 8', and 'Worlds Apart', among others.
